Zebmec works with a number of pioneers in wireless technology development, including Intermec and Cisco Systems. As a result Zebmec offers Cisco Systems device-related WLAN site surveys and installations for virtually any environment.

A investigation of WLAN coverage, before the network is ordered/installed

WLAN Site Assessments

A periodic health check of WLAN, helping to ensure that performance and security levels remain as anticipated

WLAN Site Installation

Paired with Zebmec’s Site Surveys, WLAN Site Installation ensures that equipment is correctly installed to specification.

Zebmec offers a variety of post-sales Support Services. Zebmec currently offers: Field Servicing, Spare Parts & Repair, Installation, Training, Maintenance and Technical Support.

Education Services (Training)

To get the most out of Zebmec’s solutions, customers can benefit from training options.

Zebmec offers a series of courses to ensure an efficient and effective on-going performance from all solutions. Operator, Technical and Software courses cover the full range of requirements from the basic operation of hardware and/or software, through to the technical expertise needed by on-site engineers to keep equipment running 24/7.

Courses are typically run on-site and range from one hour to a full day. Alternatively, Zebmec is pleased to announce the optional use of a dedicated training facility in the West Midlands.

Returns & Repairs

If there is a need for repair, Zebmec can help! Zebmec uses a number of authorized UK repair centres to ensure that repairs are performed properly, using only factory designed and authorized test fixtures, authorized parts and certified personnel employed directly, or trained by each manufacture. Zebmec can repair: Zebra, Intermec, Motorola, Wasp, Cisco, Seagull Scientific, Datalogic, Metrologic, Psion Teklogix, Hand Held Products, Sato, Socket, Toshiba Tec, Datamax, Baracoda, Casio, Citizen, Extech & more!

Under normal conditions, Zebmec’s range of manufactures supports a product for a minimum of 3 years (though typically longer), after product retirement. Zebmec often has the ability to continue support after the initial 3 year period, however this is dependent upon availability of spare parts and vendor obsolescence issues
