The Post-Sales Customer Service Team offers installation support, technical support, and product training. They can arrange to visit you personally to discuss any further enquiries. They will allocate you an account manager for future “top-up” sales. For example if you purchase a printer, you will be able to contact them directly for extra labels, ribbons, spare print heads and additional peripherals.
